The June 2006 Show Well again we had a wonderful show. Numbers were down but by judging the feed back everyone that we have spoken to had such a wonderful time that they were wanting to know when the MVPHC was holding the next one. The weather held out to be not to hot not to cold and Hazel Coates-Jobson took our Supreme Ridden Horse & Supreme Rider of Show with Dragonheart.
Karen Bullivant & Karen Welch went to the Q6 Nationals in Tamworth over the weekend of April & May as did Steven & Jacqui Howe. Karen Welch, after Christmas leased Rustlers Gold Bar from Bob & Karen Bullivant, did quite well at the local shows namely Wallambah & Wingham Ag show and came home with ribbons and prize money from both. But to top things off, at the Q6 Quarter Horse Show which is very prestigious, they placed 3rd in the Quarter horse yearling Gelding out of a field of 13 youngsters who were all progeny of Halter specific bred parents and then proceeded to take out Reserve Champion in the American Quarter Horse Yearling Gelding class and then Karen Welch was placed Reserve Champion in the Amateur Owner Yearling Gelding Class, making this an excellent holiday for both families.
This is Lynn on BUZZ (Marneross Omar). They attend our club days and have a ball together.
